ABOUT NEGATIVE THOUGHTS:

Negative thoughts are negative energy that manifest negative results. It is your negative thoughts about what is happening in your life that, if continued, go from irritation into problems, and eventually end in crisis. Crisis shows where change is needed NOW!

EACH negative thought also lowers the energy in a specific part of the body. Each part of the body is affected by a different group of negative thoughts. The longer the negativity is continued or the more intense the negative, the lower the energy drops, eventually developing into pain and/or illness.

The side of the body experiencing pain or illness can tell you whether the negative thoughts are about yourself or others.  For a WOMAN: negative thoughts about yourself affect the LEFT side of the body, and negative thoughts about others affect the RIGHT side.  For a MAN: negative thoughts about yourself affect the RIGHT side, and negative thoughts about others affect the LEFT side.

NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AFFECTING BODY PARTS:

HEAD: NOT DOING THINGS RIGHT.

Back of head: NOT DOING SOMETHING RIGHT IN THE PAST.
Crown (top of head): FORGIVENESS.
Brain: THINK or DON’T THINK.
Brainstem: FEEL or DON’T FEEL.
Face: FACING or NOT FACING.
Forehead: KNOW or DON’T KNOW. INNER KNOWING.
Eyes: SEE or DON'T SEE. INNER SEEING.
Ears: HEAR or DON'T HEAR. INNER HEARING.
Nose: OVEREXTENDED or OVEREXTENDING.
Mouth: EAT or DON'T EAT.
Throat: SAY or DON'T SAY.
Neck: WHAT IS AHEAD (front) and IN THE PAST (back)

CHEST: NOT TRUSTING.

Heart: NOT DOING WHAT I WANT TO DO.
Stomach: DOING WHAT I DON'T WANT TO DO.
Ribs: HOW I AM or HOW I AM NOT.
Breasts: HOW I AM AS A WOMAN, WIFE, MOTHER, etc.
Lungs: LIVING, NOT DYING or DYING.
Liver: NEEDY, NEEDING, NEEDED, NOT NEEDED.
Gall Bladder: USELESS, USED, USING, NOT USEFUL.
Pancreas: NOT WORTHY or WORTHLESS.
Right Arm: GIVING or NOT GIVING.
Left Arm: RECEIVING or NOT RECEIVING.
Hands: NOT LETTING GO or LETTING GO.

ABDOMEN: ACCEPTING TOO MUCH RESPONSIBILITY.

Bowels: BLOCKED or BLOCKING.
Reproductive Organs: SEX , NO SEX, FROM SEX, etc.
Hips: SUPPORT, SUPPORTING, SUPPORTIVE.
Legs: NOT MOVING FORWARD or MOVING FORWARD.
Knees: CHANGE, or NOT CHANGING.
Feet: STUCK or NOT STUCK.

BACK:

Shoulders: OVERBURDENED or BEING A BURDEN.
Spine: WHAT I BELIEVE or DON'T BELIEVE.
Spinal Cord: CONTROL, NO CONTROL or CONTROLLING.
Kidneys: WASTING SOMETHING [life, money, time, love, etc.]
Lower Back: FAILURE or SUCCESS.

FOR EXAMPLE: if you are a woman with kidney problems and the pain is on the RIGHT SIDE, it would be about OTHERS WASTING SOMETHING. It could be someone is wasting something of yours or theirs such as love, money, time, talent, etc. Once you realize what is causing you problems, it is necessary to change your thoughts about it. If you can’t be more positive, it is necessary to find and release the negative thoughts involved.

USING THE PENDULUM:  The energy for each part of the body can be seen with the pendulum. It can respond with either a clockwise or counter-clockwise movement. To see the energy you can hold the pendulum over the body part, touch a part of the body, or repeat the name of a body part. The kind of movement received shows the energy involved. (See USING PENDULUM).

USING THIS BOOK:  The first half of this book contains information about how to use the pendulum to locate, identify, and release negative energy. In the second half of this book you will find two pages for each part of the body. One page is text about the negative thoughts involved.  The other page shows releases to be filled in.  As you read the text, insight can allow you to change your thoughts and transformation occurs as you no longer consider it to be a problem.  If you can’t change your thoughts, it is necessary to do the releases presented. The pendulum is used to determine what to release.  Following are examples of text and releases for one part of the body.


EXAMPLE:  TEXT FOR THE CHEST (Chapter 8, pages 186 & 187)
Negative thoughts = Not Trusting

The main negative thoughts affecting the chest are about you not trusting yourself, someone, or something, or it can be someone not trusting you, someone, or something. It  can even be you or someone trusting you, someone, or something when you think they shouldn’t.  It could also be that you don’t trust people in general or a group of people such as doctors, lawyers, police, salesmen, etc. It may even be about someone in particular such as your mate, your children, your boss, or even God.  Pain on one side of the chest can tell you if it is about you or others.  (Read pages 136 & 137 or use your pendulum for a YES/NO to each.) 

The ‘something’ not trusted could be your beliefs, finances, relationship, love, religion, the government ,the unfolding, Divine Order, etc. The more things you don’t feel trusting about, the lower your vibration and the more difficult life becomes.

Not trusting can seriously affect the function of the various parts of the chest, especially when combined with the energy of any of these parts. For example when combined with the heart it becomes NOT TRUSTING DOING WHAT I WANT TO DO. That is heart attack energy! Fear keeps you from trusting. Your greatest joy comes from going through your fears, not avoiding them. Release fear and affirm trust! Use affirmations of trust each time you feel fearful.

Find and release everyone and everything you don’t trust. Trusting is the entrance to your soul level, your Higher Self. Each time you don’t trust someone or something, your energy drops out of connection with your Higher Self into expressing your Lower Self.


EXAMPLE:  RELEASES FOR THE CHEST

NO TRUST, NOT TRUSTING , NOT TRUSTED, NOT TRUSTWORTHY,
TRUST, TRUSTS, TRUSTING, TRUSTED, TRUSTWORTHY, other?

BASIC:   make sure each statement is correct before releasing.

1.    "I release all karmic, past & present problems with NOT TRUSTING."
       "I release all karmic, past & present problems with TRUSTING."

2.     "I release all karmic, past & present problems with OTHERS  NOT TRUSTING."
        "I release all karmic, past & present problems with OTHERS TRUSTING."

EXTEND:  add someone and/or something.

3.    "I release all karmic, past & present problems with NOT TRUSTING __________."
       "I release all karmic, past & present problems with TRUSTING __________."

4.    "I release all karmic, past & present problems with __________ NOT BEING TRUSTING."
       "I release all karmic, past & present problems with __________ BEING TRUSTING."

5.    "I release all karmic, past & present problems with __________ NOT TRUSTING __________."
       "I release all karmic, past & present problems with __________ TRUSTING __________."

The more specific a release is, the more effective it is. The pendulum can be used to determine which release to do, which word to release, and who or what to add to the release. Repeat each possibility for a YES/NO until you receive a YES. Make sure the whole statement is correct before releasing by asking if it is for a YES/NO. If NO, repeat variations until you receive a YES.  For information about how to release, see RELEASING.

It is very important NOT to blame yourself when discovering the negative thoughts involved with any part of your body. That will only lower your energy making you feel worse. Instead, use that information to show you where in your life you need to be more positive or what you need to release.


ABOUT POSITIVE THOUGHTS:

Positive thoughts create positive energy that manifests in a positive way, bringing about happiness in your life and healing in your body. 

A positive vibration is HEALING ENERGY. The higher the vibration, the better your body functions, including your Immune System. EACH positive thought, word, activity, or action raises your energy. The more positive you are, the higher your vibration and the more stable you become on a positive vibration. 

It may be very hard to determine what is positive for you. What is positive for one person may be negative for another person. Therefore, it is important to understand that YES is not always positive. It can be negative when NO is positive. You will know which it is by how you feel.  However, the best way to determine this is with the pendulum. A positive vibration is shown with a clockwise circling movement and a negative vibration is shown with a counter-clockwise circling movement. The higher each movement is, the more positive it is.  (See USING PENDULUMS/movements)

If you learn to SEE THE POSITIVE in all that happens, that is what you will experience. If you can’t do that, be good to yourself. Know that Divine Order is always unfolding and will take you where you really want to go, sooner or later, depending on your thoughts.
