DEALING WITH PROBLEMS:
The simple message is NEGATIVE THOUGHTS MAKE
YOU FEEL WORSE and POSITIVE THOUGHTS MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER no matter what your
problem is.
Pay attention to how you feel and that will
tell you how you are! Do you feel calm, happy, or empowered by what you are
thinking, saying, or doing? Or do you feel fearful, angry, depressed, hopeless,
in mental or physical pain, or even sick?
There is only ONE universal energy and it is
experienced from either a positive vibration or a negative vibration.
Understand that positive thoughts, words, or actions take you to a positive
vibration and manifest in a positive way. Negative thoughts, words, or actions
take you to a negative vibration and manifest in a negative way.
Think of negative energy as injurious to you
and positive energy as beneficial to you. It is your choice which one you want
to experience EACH MOMENT. And it is a choice. EVERYTHING has two sides to it.
If you can see the positive in it, that is what you will experience. Consider a
problem as an opportunity for growth!
It is your negative thoughts about what is
happening in your life that take you to a negative vibration. The longer
the negativity continues, or the more intense the negativity, the lower your
energy drops, becoming or increasing crisis, pain, and illness.
The sooner you are able to realize that you
are feeling or actually being negative about someone or something, the easier it
is to change your energy to a positive vibration by either changing your
thoughts or releasing. The goal is to become stable on a positive vibration. The
more positive you are able to be, the higher your energy level, and the better
it is for you. Problems can resolve, pain can disappear, and recovery from
injury or illness can be quicker and easier from a positive vibration. (Read
pages 11-34 and 114-119).
CHANGING YOUR
THOUGHTS:
The best way to change your energy is to find
something positive to think, say, or do about what is bothering you. Rather than
spending your time and energy thinking about and discussing your problems, focus
on finding the solution. Understand that what you focus on continues, so make
sure you focus on something you WANT to continue! It is important to remember
that ENERGY FOLLOWS THOUGHT!
If you don’t know where to begin, start with
your thoughts. To change your thoughts can be as simple as thinking or saying I CAN DO IT rather
than I CAN’T DO IT. That sets a positive intent and takes you to a positive
vibration where you will automatically be more positive.
INSIGHT into a problem can bring about better
understanding and allow you to change your thoughts. TRANSFORMATION occurs as
you no longer consider it to be a problem but can now even think of is as a
blessing as you see the positive that has come from it. The pendulum can be used
to help you to determine which thought or action is the best one for you. Repeat
each possibility and watch the response of the pendulum. The one eliciting the
highest movement shows what you really want AT THIS MOMENT.
If you can’t think of anything positive about
a problem, it is necessary to release. Releasing automatically moves you to a
positive vibration, then it is your desire to stay positive that keeps you
there. If you don’t know what is causing you problems, a General Release can be
used to change your energy. If you know what the problem is, a Specific Release
is used. The more specific a release is the more effective it is, especially in
getting rid of the karmic energies involved.
GENERAL
RELEASE:
The most common use of a General Release is
to unblock your energy when your pendulum won’t move. It can also be used if you
don’t know what is causing you to feel distressed or sick. It can be done
anywhere and anytime to help you to feel better.
A General Release is a statement of intent
that you want whatever is CAUSING your problems to leave you. You may not know
what those problems are but you want them ALL to leave you NOW. The more
emphatic you say it, the quicker it works. You can either repeat the statements
out loud or in your mind, but REALLY want it ALL to go. Say:
“I WANT WHATEVER IS CAUSING ME PROBLEMS TO
LEAVE ME NOW!”
“IF ANYTHING KARMIC IS CAUSING ME PROBLEMS, I WANT IT ALL TO LEAVE ME NOW!”
Repeat each statement several times or until
you feel finished. Releasing may result in a sigh or yawn as you begin to
let go. Notice how you feel after releasing. Do you feel ‘lighter’, less tense,
more relaxed? It may be hard to determine if the release really changed your
energy. (See RELEASING)
If you do this release when your pendulum
won’t move, keep repeating the statements until you get movement. You will know
your release is working as the pendulum begins to move. It does not matter how
much the pendulum moves, it only matters that you get enough movement to
determine YES from NO. (See PENDULUM)
SPECIFIC
RELEASE:
When you encounter what you consider to be a
problem, to change your energy you can identify who or what the problem is and
do a Specific Release. You would add who or what you want to release to the
following.
“I RELEASE ALL KARMIC, PAST & PRESENT
PROBLEMS WITH __________.“
FOR EXAMPLE: If you are having problems with
money, the best place to start releasing is with the general category of
FINANCES. To clear a general energy it is necessary to also release the various
parts involved. For finances it could be MONEY, BILLS, TAXES, IRS, EARNING,
SPENDING, SAVING, LENDING, LOSING, etc. The pendulum can direct you to what to
release by repeating each possibility for a YES/NO until you receive a YES. You
know what you are having problems with so always ask about that first. It is
also necessary to release the opposite energy involved. For example,
release MONEY first and then NO MONEY to clear the vibration. Various lists to
guide you in finding who or what to release are included in this book. (Read
pages 94-112)
RELEASING:
Releasing sets the intent for ALL of the
problems involved with what you are releasing to leave you NOW. ‘Future’ is not
included in the release because it is the present that creates the future.
However, you can include it if you want to. ‘Karmic’ is used because it is often
the karmic energies that are the most powerful, pulling you to that vibration at
each encounter. If you don’t want it say ‘Karmic’ you can omit it.
TO RELEASE: repeat the statement several
times or until you feel finished. It is possible to experience a yawn or even to
cry while releasing. If this happens continue saying the release to make sure
you change vibrations. It is very important to finish the release to move off of
that negative vibration onto a positive vibration. Usually nothing is felt when
releasing so you may think that nothing is happening. However, it is with the
release of pain that the power of releasing is experienced. When the pain
is gone, you KNOW something has happened. (See PAIN )
To find out if your release was successful
you can ask for a YES/NO with your pendulum. If NO, repeat the release with more
EMPHASIS until you receive a YES. Another way is to check the movement of your
pendulum BEFORE releasing and again AFTER releasing to see if the movement has
increased. A successful release raises your vibration and increases the swing of
your pendulum. (Read DOING A RELEASE & PROBLEMS WITH RELEASING on pages 86 &
87.)
If you don’t use the pendulum, it can be more
difficult to know if your release was successful. However, you may realize
that how you feel about the problem has changed, or find yourself being able to
be more positive about the problem involved.
With or without the pendulum, it is necessary
to continue releasing as long as you consider it to be a problem. You may
have to release everyone and everything related to the problem. The more
releasing you do, the more specific the release needs to be. Your body can guide you
to the exact thoughts involved. (See
